Optimizing Therapy to Prevent Avoidable Hospital Admissions in Multimorbid Older Adults (OPERAM): cluster randomised controlled trial
An error has been detected in the statistical code used to calculate the Morisky medication adherence measure questionnaire (MMAS) score in this paper by Blum and colleagues (BMJ 2021;374:n1585, doi:10.1136/bmj.n1585, published 13 July 2021). Some values in table 1 (including missing data) and table 5 have had to be revised, but the conclusions of the study remain unchanged. Supplementary eTable 7 has also been corrected and the supplementary file reuploaded.
